Stamper.app advocates for your right to privacy and we work to protect your privacy when you visit our website or use our tools. We have written this Privacy Policy, and will update it as necessary, to let you know how we protect your personal data and keep it confidential. We do not rent or sell visitor information to third parties.
This Privacy Policy applies to all of the Stamper.app to your data.
We strive to collect as little personal data as possible. We collect your signature when you upload it through the app and store it until you retrieve it in the Desktop app. We do not attach any identifiable information to this signature and periodically delete unclaimed signatures. We also save your email address so that we can send you a licence key and occasionally ask you if you are willing to be interviewed about the stamper. Finally, we store crash reports on our server when the application misbehaves so that we can fix bugs and diagnose issues.
We collect information when you visit our website and subscribe to our mailing lists. When signing up for a mailing list we do not take any other information besides your email address. Furthermore, we will always make it easy to unsubscribe.
We collect information regarding visits to our website. Like most servers, IP addresses (which include location data, browser, operating system, visiting time - local and server-, session, actions per visit, page views per visit, returning visitors, and referring site information) are logged automatically upon accessing our website. However, these IP addresses are not tied or collated against any other user information and are used only to measure product performance.
The stamper.app website and application are not intended for, or designed to attract, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 18. By using our tools you agree that you are over the age of 18.
We take industry-standard security measures to protect the small amount of information under our control from loss, misuse, and breach, but like with every website, there are risks associated with uploading your information online.
When you submit your signature using the iOS and android app you are sharing that information with stamper.app so we can make it easy to get your signature onto your desktop computer. We use this information for no other purpose. You can request to have any signatures you have submitted deleted from our platform by emailing legal@stamper.app along with the 6-character codes and the time at which they were submitted.
Finally, we store contact data for our mailing list subscription to which we seek specific and prior consent in addition to this privacy policy.
